Tendering - Manager

• Work Experience: 10-15 Years in Construction/ Infra Companies/ Architects
• Educational Qualicfication: B.E -Civil Engineering
• Gender:Male
• EAge Limit: 28 to 35 years
• IT Skill: MS Projects/MS Office/Auto Cadd/ Smart Phone Operations
• Language's Known: Tamil, English & Hindi preferable

Key Responsibilities

• Check various Tender search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes
• Preparing planning, organizing and controlling of all the preliminary cost estimate, value engineering in tendering stage, budgeting, pre & post tender QS activities, billing, contract management, etc.,
• Co-ordinate with all support functions/departments for timely and adequate availability of resources to project site management.

Assistant General Manager - Project

• Work Expereience: 10-15 Years in Construction/ Infra Companies/ Architects
• Educational Qualicfication: B.E /M.E-Civil Engineering
• Gender:Male
• 35 to 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of site/project engineers and officers to handle all aspects of project execution, viz. detail engineering, planning, site administration, labour management, budget control etc.,
• Assist & Execute project plans, budgets, programmes and resource requirements.
• Supervising the execution team and ensure project is delivered with high quality within program and budget.
• Co-ordination of all project support and development of project staff.

HR & ADMIN DEPT

I – Manager

• Educational Qualification :M.Com. / M.B.A
• Age Limit : 40 to 45 Years
• Work Experience : 10 Yrs and above in Construction company/Construction material trading company

• System Knowledge : Typing Skill, MS Office and Smart Phone Operations

• Work Experience : 5 Yrs and above in Construction company/Construction material trading company
• Gender : Male
• System Knowledge : Typing Skill, MS Office and Smart Phone Operations
• Languages Known : Tamil, English & Hindi
• Other Requirement : Driving License Must for Two Wheeler / Four Wheeler

Marketing Manager- Infra

• Educational Qualification :B.E. Civil / B.Tech. (Regular)
• Age Limit :40 to 45
• Gender :Male
• Work Experience :10 Years & above in civil Construction & Infrastructures projects
  • Have knowledge about getting new project and handling project work experience
  • Have experience to meet Architects / Clients / Contractors for new project
  • Knowledge to participate Government Tenders and Handle the Government Officials
  • Have knowledge about tendering procedure to approach the Client / Customer for better co-ordination
  • Face value and Communication skill must for CLIENT MEETING
  • Have knowledge about client meeting experience
  • Have experience in marketing / Sales / Purchase activities
  • Should have knowledge about Civil work CLIENTS and CONTRACTORSin all areas
  • Have experience to meet Govt. AE / CE / DE / EE etc..
  • Have knowledge about construction activities technically for giving suitable answer to our customers
  • Travelling experience for Tendering and Site analysing / Rate Analysing
  • Should be Residing at Chennai
• Technical Qualification :Laptop and Smart phone operations
• System Knowledge :MS Office / MS Project / Auto CAD
• Languages Known : Tamil, English, Telugu and Hindi (Hindi Preferable)
